工商管理学科研究生专业英语课程教学改革的实践与思考 被引量:2

摘要 “工商管理学科研究生专业英语”是工商管理学科研究生的一门专业基础课,其教学效果直接影响着人才培养质量的高低。在系统分析总结课程教学经验的基础上,笔者对目前“工商管理学科研究生专业英语”的教学现状进行分析研究,结果表明:该课程教学方法和内容较为单一,专业英语综合应用能力培养常被忽视,通用的教材内容未能紧扣研究生学习需求,研究生的专业英语学习基础参差不齐,且课程考评体系与机制较为机械化。针对存在的问题,笔者从改革教学模式、充实教学内容、改进教学方式、完善考评体系、着力打造金课这五个方面分析了深化“工商管理学科研究生专业英语”教学改革的具体途径。 Professional English is a basic course for postgraduates in business administration discipline. Its teaching effect directly affects the quality of talent training. Basing on the systematic analysis and summary of the course teaching work, this paper analyzes the current status of postgraduate professional English teaching in business administration discipline. We find that the main problems of teaching reform of professional English for business administration discipline' postgraduates are: teaching methods and content are relatively simple;the professional English comprehensive application ability training is neglected;the content of textbooks is out of line with the needs of postgraduates;the basics of postgraduates are uneven, and the curriculum evaluation system and mechanism are unscientific. Aiming at those existing problems, the paper gives some methods for teaching reform of professional English for business administration discipline' postgraduates. Those methods are: reforming teaching mode, enriching teaching content, improving teaching methods, perfecting the evaluation system and focusing on construction of high-quality courses.
