p16蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达及其与患者临床特征和预后的关系

The expression of p16 protein in cervical cancer and the relationship with clinical characteristics and prognosis

目的探讨p16蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达情况及其与患者临床特征和预后的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学染色法检测116例宫颈癌患者的宫颈癌组织标本和100例子宫肌瘤患者的正常宫颈组织标本中p16蛋白的表达情况,分析宫颈癌组织中p16蛋白的阳性表达情况与宫颈癌患者临床特征和预后的关系。结果宫颈癌组织中p16蛋白的阳性表达率明显高于正常宫颈组织(P<0.01)。不同年龄、肿瘤直径、病理类型、宫颈癌分期宫颈癌患者宫颈癌组织中p16蛋白的阳性表达率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);分化程度为低分化、有淋巴结转移宫颈癌患者宫颈癌组织中p16蛋白的阳性表达率均高于分化程度为中高分化、无淋巴结转移的宫颈癌患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Log-rank检验结果显示,p16蛋白阴性表达患者的生存情况优于p16蛋白阳性表达患者(P<0.05)。结论低分化、有淋巴结转移宫颈癌患者宫颈癌组织中p16蛋白的阳性表达率较高,且p16蛋白阴性表达宫颈癌患者的生存情况更优。

Objective To investigate the expression of p16 protein in patients with cervical cancer and the relationship with clinical characteristics and prognosis.Method The expression of p16 protein in cervical cancer tissues specimens of 116 cases patients of cervical cancer and normal cervical tissue specimens of 100 cases patients with uterine fibroids were examined by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between the positive expression of p16 protein in cervical cancer tissues and clinical characteristics and prognosis was analyzed.Result The positive expression rate of p16 protein in cervical cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissues(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of p16 protein among patients with cervical cancer at different ages,tumor sizes,pathological types and cervical cancer stages(P>0.05);the positive expression rate of p16 protein in the patients with low-differentiated and positive lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than those with medium-high differentiated and negative lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Log-rank test showed that the survival conditions of the patients with p16 protein negative expression were better than that of the patients with p16 protein positive expression(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of p16 protein in cervical cancer tissues was higher in the patients with low-differentiated,lymph node metastasis.The patients with p16 protein negative expression have better survival conditions.
