责任型领导对工作场所偏差行为的影响——基于追随者视角

Impact of Responsible Leadership on Workplace Deviant Behavior——From the Perspective of Followers

摘要 为从员工追随视角探讨责任型领导对工作场所偏差行为的影响机制,在16家企业的50个工作团队中展开问卷调查,从个体层面定量分析责任型领导、追随力、工作场所偏差行为三者间的关系.结果显示,责任型领导与工作场所偏差行为呈显著负相关,且追随力在其中起着完全中介的作用.这一结果对减少工作场所偏差行为具有良好的指导价值. In order to explore the impact mechanism of responsible leadership on employee behavior from the perspective of followers,this study collected 150 valid data from 16 companies including 50 enterprise teams,and quantitatively analyzed the relationship among responsible leadership,followership,and workplace deviant behavior from the individual level.The results showed that there was a significantly negative correlation between responsible leadership and workplace deviant behavior,and the followership played a complete mediating role.This results had good guiding value for reducing workplace deviation behavior.
