来氟米特与环磷酰胺对难治性肾病患者高凝状态和肾功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析来氟米特与环磷酰胺对难治性肾病患者高凝状态和肾功能的影响。方法选择2016年2月至2018年1月在本院接受治疗的难治性肾病患者76例,按照随机原则将其分成对照组及观察组,每组38例。对照组采用环磷酰胺+泼尼松治疗,观察组采用来氟米特+环磷酰胺+泼尼松治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者的D-D、FIB水平均低于治疗前及对照组,APTT均长于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的BUN、Scr水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规激素类药物基础上联用来氟米特、环磷酰胺治疗难治性肾病能够获得良好的治疗效果,有助于恢复患者肾功能,缓解血液高凝状态,值得临床应用及推广。 Objective To analyze the effect of leflunomide and cyclophosphamide on hypercoagulability and renal function in patients with refractory nephropathy. Methods A total of 76 patients with refractory nephropathy treated in our hospital from February 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cyclophosphamide+prednisone, while the observation group was treated with leflunomide+cyclophosphamide+prednisone. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of D-D and FIB in the observation group were lower than those before treatment and in the control group, and APTT were longer than those before treatment and in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of BUN, Scr in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of leflunomide and cyclophosphamide in the treatment of refractory nephropathy on the basis of conventional hormone drugs can achieve good therapeutic effect, it is helpful to restore renal function and relieve hypercoagulability of blood in patients, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
