摘要
目的探究盐酸左氧氟沙星联合替硝唑治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果。方法将本院91例慢性盆腔炎患者按照随机数字法分为研究组(n=46)与对照组(n=45)。研究组给予盐酸左氧氟沙星联合替硝唑治疗,对照组给予替硝唑治疗。比较两组子宫血流动力学指标水平、盆腔积液深度、淋巴细胞水平、治疗前后C反应蛋白(CRP)水平及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组患者PI、RI、Vmin水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者盆腔积液深度、淋巴细胞水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者CRP水平均降低,且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸左氧氟沙联合替硝唑治疗慢性盆腔炎效果显著,能够有效改善子宫血流动力学指标水平、盆腔积液情况和淋巴细胞水平,降低CRP水平,临床应用价值高。
Objective To explore the effect of levofloxacin hydrochloride combined with tinidazole on chronic pelvic inflammation disease. Methods Ninety-one patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital were divided into study group (n=46) and control group (n=45) by random number method. The study group was treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride combined with tinidazole, while the control group was treated with tinidazole. The levels of uterine hemodynamics, pelvic effusion depth, the levels of lymphocyte, the levels of C-reactive protein (CRP) before and after treatment and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of PI, RI and Vmin in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the depth of pelvic effusion and the levels of lymphocyte in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CRP of both groups decreased, and that of the study group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidences of adverse reactions between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion Levofloxar hydrochloride combined with tinidazole in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has a significant effect. It can effectively improve the levels of uterine hemodynamics, pelvic effusion and the levels of lymphocyte, and reduce the levels of CRP. It has high clinical value.
