摘要
目的调查并分析妇产科围手术期产妇抗生素的应用情况。方法回顾性分析我科室2017年5月至2017年12月收治的700例手术患者的临床资料,对其围手术期抗生素的使用情况及其使用合理性进行分析。结果 700例产妇抗生素的使用率为100.00%。Ⅰ类切口有380例(54.29%);Ⅱ类切口有196例(28.00%);Ⅲ类切口有124例(17.71%)。使用最多的是头孢类抗生素,有576例(82.29%),其次为喹诺酮类抗生素,有230例(32.86%)。单一用药112例(16.00%),二联用药581例(83.00%),三联用药7例(1.00%)。术前使用抗生素者114例(16.29%),术中使用80例(11.43%),术后使用506例(72.29%),三种切口类型产妇抗生素使用时间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应总发生率为5.43%。结论妇产科围手术期产妇的抗生素使用率较高,使用最多的是头孢类抗生素,且二者联用较多,术后使用者较多。
Objective To investigate and analyze the application of antibiotics in perioperative parturients in gynecology and obstetrics department. Methods The clinical data of 700 surgical patients admitted in our department from May 2017 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed, the application of antibiotics in perioperative and the rationality were analyzed. Results The utilization rate of antibiotics in 700 parturients was 100.00%. There were 380 cases (54.29%) with type I incision, 196 cases (28.00%) with type II incision and 124 cases (17.71%) with type III incision. Cephalosporins were the most frequently used antibiotics, there were 576 cases (82.29%), followed by quinolones, there were 230 cases (32.86%). There were 112 cases (16.00%) of single drugs, 581 cases (83.00%) of two drugs, and 7 cases (1.00%) of triple drugs. 114 cases (16.29%) used antibiotics before operation, 80 cases (11.43%) used during operation and 506 cases (72.29%) used after operation, there was a significant difference in antibiotic use time among the three kinds of incision types (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions was 5.43%. Conclusion The utilization rate of antibiotics in perioperative parturients in gynecology and obstetrics department is high. Cephalosporins are the most frequently used antibiotics. There are more antibiotics used in combination and more post-operative users.
