早期胃癌根治性切除术后残胃幽门螺旋杆菌感染的危险因素Logistic回归分析

Logistic regression analysis of risk factors for Helicobacter pylori infection in remnant stomach after radical resection of early gastric cancer

目的以Logistic回归分析探讨早期胃癌根治性切除术后残胃幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染的危险因素。方法对108例早期胃癌根治性切除术患者的资料进行回顾性分析,统计术后残胃Hp感染率,比较感染者和未感染者可能影响因素的构成比,以Logistic回归分析确定其影响因素。结果患者的平均随访(8.96±1.07)个月,残胃Hp感染率为22.22%;感染组年龄>60岁、术后发热、有Hp感染病史、多次抗Hp治疗失败、不良饮食习惯的构成比均高于未感染组,且以上均是残胃Hp感染的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论早期胃癌根治性切除术后存在残胃Hp感染风险,且年龄>60岁、术后发热等均是其独立危险因素。

Objective To explore the risk factors for Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection in remnant stomach after radical resection of early gastric cancer by Logistic regression analysis. Methods The data of 108 cases of radical resection for early gastric cancer were retrospectively analyzed. The infection rate of Hp in remnant stomach after operation was counted.The proportion of possible influencing factors between infected and uninfected people were compared, and the influencing factors were determined by Logistic regression analysis. Results The mean follow-up period of was patients(8.96 ±1.07)months. The infection rate of Hp in remnant stomach was 22.22%. The proportions of age >60 years old, fever after operation, history of Hp infection, repeated failure of anti-Hp treatment and bad eating habits in the infected group were higher than those in the uninfected group, and the above were all the risk factors of Hp infection in remnant stomach(P<0.05). Conclusion There is a risk of Hp infection in remnant stomach after radical resection for early gastric cancer. Age>60 years old, fever after radical resection and so on are independent risk factors.
