加味通窍活血汤联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗高血压性心脏病的临床效果

Clinical effect of modified Tongqiao Huoxue decoction combined with metoprolol tartrate tablets in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease

目的分析加味通窍活血汤联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗高血压性心脏病的临床效果。方法选取2017年7月至2018年10月本院收治的76例高血压性心脏病患者进行研究,按照数字表法将其分为参照组和联合组,各38例。单独给予酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗的为参照组,联合应用酒石酸美托洛尔片及加味通窍活血汤治疗的为联合组,比较两组的治疗效果。结果联合组的治疗总有效率显著高于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的LVESD、LVEDD、CRP、BNP均显著降低,且联合组低于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的DBP、SBP均显著降低,且联合组低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论酒石酸美托洛尔片联合加味通窍活血汤治疗高血压性心脏病,可有效控制并降低患者血压,促进心功能恢复,进而保证治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified Tongqiao Huoxue decoction combined with metoprolol tartrate tablets in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease. Methods A total of 76 patients with hypertensive heart disease admitted in our hospital from July 2017 to October 2018 were selected for the study. The patients were divided into reference group and combined group according to the digital table method, with 38 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with metoprolol tartrate tablets alone, and the combined group was treated with metoprolol tartrate tablets and modified Tongqiao Huoxue decoction. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). After treatment, the LVESD, LVEDD, CRP and BNP in both groups decreased significantly, and those in the combined group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the DBP and SBP in both groups decreased significantly, and those in the combined group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Metoprolol tartrate tablets combined with modified Tongqiao Huoxue decoction in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease can effectively control and reduce patients' blood pressure, promote cardiac function recovery, and thus ensure the therapeutic effect.
