益气补血汤联合氯吡格雷治疗椎基底动脉系统短暂性脑缺血发作(气血亏虚证)的临床效果

Clinical effect of Yiqi Buxue decoction combined with clopidogrel on transient ischemic attack of vertebrobasilar system(qi and blood deficiency syndrome)

目的探讨益气补血汤联合氯吡格雷治疗椎基底动脉系统短暂性脑缺血发作(气血亏虚证)的临床效果。方法将2015年8月至2018年3月我院收治的96例椎基底动脉系统短暂性脑缺血发作(气血亏虚证)患者以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各48例。对照组采用氯吡格雷治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用益气补血汤。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.83%,显著高于对照组的79.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者RVA、LVA、BA的Vm值均提高,PI均降低,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者中医症状积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气补血汤配合氯吡格雷治疗椎基底动脉系统短暂性脑缺血发作(气血亏虚证)的效果显著,可有效减轻患者临床症状,改善动脉血流状态,并能降低复发率,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Buxue decoction combined with clopidogrel on transient ischemic attack of vertebrobasilar system (qi and blood deficiency syndrome). Methods A total of 96 patients with transient ischemic attack of vertebrobasilar system (qi and blood deficiency syndrome) admitted in our hospital from August 2015 to March 2018 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with clopidogrel, and the observation group was given Yiqi Buxue decoction on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.83%, which was higher than 79.17% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the Vm of RVA, LVA and BA of the two groups increased, the PI decreased, and those in the observation group were betterr than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms of the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Buxue decoction combined with clopidogrel has a significant effect in the treatment of transient ischemic attack of vertebrobasilar system (qi and blood deficiency syndrome), it can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms, improve arterial blood flow and reduce the probability of recurrence, and which is worth of clinical promoting.
