创伤性肾动脉闭塞的诊治(附12例报告)

Diagnosis and therapy of traumatic renal artery thrombosis(12 cases)

创伤性肾动脉闭塞是身体突然受到加速或减速时,肾脏急剧移动,肾蒂受猛烈牵拉,血管外膜及肌层因有弹性被伸张,而缺乏弹性的内膜发生不同程度损伤,导致内膜下出血并形成血栓。逐渐使肾动脉血管闭塞,血流受阻,导致肾功能衰竭,由于症状隐匿,极易漏诊或误诊。基于此,选取我院收治的12例患者为研究对象,探讨其临床特点及治疗方法。

Traumatic renal artery thrombosis is a sudden acceleration or deceleration of the body when the kidney moves sharply, kidney pedicle is severely pulled, adventitia and muscle layer are stretched due to elasticity, and inelastic intima is damaged at various degrees, leading to subintimal hemorrhage and thrombosis. That can gradually occlude the renal artery and blocke blood flow, and lead to renal failure. Because of the hidden symptoms, it is easy to miss or misdiagnose. Based on this, 12 patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and to explore their clinical characteristics and treatment methods.
