综合护理对肝癌患者介入术后心理状态及生活质量的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing on psychological status and quality of life of patients with liver cancer after interventional surgery

目的探讨综合护理对肝癌患者介入术后心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年10月于我院行介入术治疗的72例原发性肝癌患者为研究对象,采用随机化分组法将其分为对照组(常规护理)和研究组(综合护理),各36例。比较两组患者的心理状态、自我管理效能、并发症发生情况及生活质量。结果护理后,两组患者紧张、愤怒、疲劳、慌乱、抑郁评分均低于护理前,精力、与自我有关的情绪评分均高于护理前,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者正性态度、自我减压、自我决策评分均高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症总发生率为11.11%,低于对照组的30.56%(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者身体状况、社会状况、情感状况、功能状况、肝胆特异性评分均高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肝癌介入术后患者行综合护理干预,可以明显改善患者的心理状况,提高自我管理效能及生活质量,预防并发症发生,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on psychological status and quality of life in patients with liver cancer after interventional surgery. Methods A total of 72 patients with primary liver cancer who received interventional therapy in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the study objects. Patients were randomly divided into control group (routine nursing) and study group (comprehensive nursing), with 36 cases in each group. The psychological status, self -management efficacy, complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of tension, anger, fatigue, panic and depression of the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and the scores of energy and self-related emotions of the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and those of the study group were better than the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of positive attitude, self-decompression and self-decision of the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and those of the study group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications was 11.11% in the study group, which was lower than 30.56% in the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of physical status, social status, emotional status, functional status and liver and gallbladder specificity of the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and those of the study group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with liver cancer after interventional surgery can significantly improve the psychological status of patients, and self-management efficiency and quality of life, and promote the prevention of complications, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
