摘要
以潼南水电站调速系统用压力容器设计为背景,依据相关国家标准,计算并分析压力容器设计的关键点,包括容器的容积确定、筒体与封头厚度计算、容器试验压力和支座计算等,并对压力容器在水电站调速系统中的主要作用、功能和相关的自动化附件进行阐析。通过潼南机组近两年的安全运行可见:该压力容器设计和计算正确,可为今后水电站压力容器设计提供参考。
Based on the design of pressure vessel for the speed control system of Tongnan Hydropower Station,and according to relevant national standards,the paper calculates and analyzes the key points in the design of pressure vessel,including the volume determination of the vessel,and the calculation of the thickness of the cylinder and its head.Further,vessel test pressure and bearing calculations are studied.The main functions and related automation accessories of pressure vessels in the speed control system of the hydropower station are introduced.Through the safety operation of the Tongnan unit in the past two years,the correctness of the design and calculation of the pressure vessel are proved,which can be reference to the design of the pressure vessel of the hydropower station.
