摘要
通过自编“高职院校学生就业能力调查表”对457位即将毕业的高职学生进行问卷调查,采用方差分析、独立样本T检验等方法对高职院校学生就业能力的现状进行分析。研究结果发现:不同性别、是否独生子女、不同专业、是否参加学校社团或协会、不同成长地学生的就业能力存在显著差异。对此就如何提高高职院校学生就业能力问题提出对策和建议。
The author surveys 457 students with a self-made“Vocational College Students’Employability Questionnaire”in a vocational college in Guangzhou.The author analyzes the present situation of vocational college students’employability by adopting the independent sample T test and variance analysis.The results of the survey shows as follows:concerning with vocational colleges students’employability,there are significant differences in different genders,majors,places where they are raised,whether they are from the one-child family,and whether they join some student associations.Finally,considering the existing different problems,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the employability of vocational college students.
