General Office Management Analysis of Secondary Institute from the Perspective of Entropy Theory and Dissipative Structure Theory

摘要本文以高校二级学院综合办公室作为研究对象,使用熵与耗散结构理论的新视角,结合办公室管理的问题和困境,分析办公室实现良好管理的前提、发展的动力与机制,提出行之有效的对策。 Taking the general office of secondary institute as the research object,this paper aims to put forward a solutions to the problems and difficulties in management from the perspective of entropy theory and dissipative structure theory.In addition,premise,energy and mechanismof effective office management will be analyzed in this paper.
