校企联合培养研究生模式下课程建设的思考

随着社会的发展,研究生的需求越来越大,企业和社会对研究生的素质要求也越来越高。为了充分满足社会需要,对现行研究生培养体系也进行了变革,从学术型硕士和专业型硕士两个方面进行培养。无论是哪种人才,科研最终方向都是要解决实际工程问题。因此,充分利用学校和企业优势,进行研究生的校企联合是解决问题的一个好方法。充分适应校企培养的研究生课程体系也需要根据实际情况进行进一步调整。

With the development of society,the demand for graduate students is increasing,and the quality requirements of enterprises and society are also increasing.In order to fully meet the social needs,the current postgraduate education has also been transformed.It should be carried out from two aspects:academic master and professional master. However,the ultimate direction of scientific research is to solve practical engineering problems.Therefore,making full use of the respective advantages of schools and enterprises to train graduate students is a good way to solve the problem.The course system that sufficiently adapts to the training of graduate students in schools and enterprises also needs to be further adjusted according to the actual situation.
