“双一流”背景下加强高校党外知识分子思想政治工作实证研究——以湖南中医药大学为例

Strengthening the Ideological and Political Work of Non Party Intellectuals in Colleges and Universities under the Background of "Double First Class" ——Taking Hunan University of Chinese Medicine as an Example

本文以湖南中医药大学为例,剖析当前中医药院校党外知识分子思想政治工作基本情况及存在的主要问题,提出应在“双一流”背景下构建如下四种机制:建立完善的中医药院校党外知识分子思想政治工作统筹机制、思想政治引领机制、培养选拔机制、关怀激励机制。

Taking Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example,this paper analyzes the basic situation and existing problems of the ideological and political work of non-Party intellectuals in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine,and puts forward that the following four mechanisms should be constructed under the background of "double first-class":that is,to establish and improve the overall planning mechanism and thinking of the ideological and political work of non Party intellectuals in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine.We should like political leading mechanism,training and selecting mechanism,caring and encouraging mechanism.
