为促进国有企业思想政治教育工作的顺利开展,笔者从国有企业思想政治教育工作现状入手,全面而深入地分析了思想政治教育工作对国有企业改革和发展的意义,并在此基础上探究了解决国有企业思想政治教育工作存在问题的对策。

In order to promote the smooth development of ideological and political education in state-owned enterprises,the author starts from the status quo of ideological and political education in state-owned enterprises, comprehensively and deeply analyzes the significance of ideological and political education to the reform and development of state-owned enterprises,and explores on this basis.The countermeasures to solve the problems in the ideological and political education of state-owned enterprises.
