目前,地方高校应用型人才培养存在学科专业趋同、教学方式单一、师资能力不足等问题。因此,地方高校应主动适应供给侧改革需求,创新人才培养机制,提升人才供给质量。本文就对此展开探讨.

Local colleges and universities should actively adapt to the demand of supply-side reform,innovate talent training mechanism and improve the quality of talent supply.There are some problems in the training of Applied Talents in local colleges and universities,such as convergence of disciplines and specialties,singleness of teaching methods and inadequate ability of teachers.
