摘要
管理沟通课程兼具理论的综合性、学科的交叉性和实践的技巧性。本文在对管理沟通课程教学目标及教学难点分析的基础上,探讨了教学方法改进的重点。从言传身教,重视沟通感染力;紧扣主题,丰富教学案例;增强互动,创新教学形式;创新思维,把握学科发展前沿,这四个方面提出该课程教学方法改进措施。教学实践表明,这些措施对激发学生学习热情、提高学生沟通技巧、拓展创新思维、提升专业素养等方面都取得了较好的效果。
The course of managerial communication combines the comprehensiveness of theory,the intersection of disciplines and the skill of practice.Based on the analysis of teaching objectives and difficulties of managerial communication course,this paper discusses the key points of improving teaching methods,and puts forward some measures to improve the teaching methods of this course from the four aspects:teaching by example,attaching importance to communication infectivity;keeping close to the theme,enriching teaching cases;enhancing interaction, innovating teaching forms;innovative thinking and grasping the frontier of discipline development.Teaching practice shows that these measures have achieved good results in stimulating students' learning enthusiasm,improving students' communication skills,expanding innovative thinking,and improving professional quality etc.
