随着网络信息技术的飞速发展,手机、电脑等电子产品的普及,互联网已成为现代社会生活中不可或缺的一部分。在日益增加的网民大军中,高校大学生对于互联网的依赖程度更甚。但由于大学生的自制力、价值观和思想道德观念处于由不成熟向成熟发展的过渡期,意志较为薄弱,在纷繁的网络环境下更容易产生一些法律问题。如何通过一些有效措施净化网络媒体环境,全面提升大学生的法律意识和媒体素养,成为本文试图解决的核心问题。

With the rapid development of network information technology,the popularity of mobile phones, computers and other electronic products,the Internet has become an indispensable part of modern social life.In the growing army of Internet users,college students rely more on the Internet.However,as the self-control,values and ideological and moral concepts of college students are in the transition period from immature to mature,their will is relatively weak,and some legal problems are more likely to arise under the complicated network environment.How to purify the network media environment through some effective measures and comprehensively improve the legal awareness and media literacy of college students has become the core problemthat this paper tries to solve.
