工匠精神是职业素养中的高层次精神体现,是从业者职业道德、职业能力和职业品质的最高追求。中职院校作为培养职业人的专业性教育机构,把工匠精神的内涵融入班级文化建设十分重要。本文简要概述工匠精神在中职院校的内涵,着重分析将工匠精神融入中职班级文化建设的必要性和主要策略,旨在帮助中职学校的学生更深刻地理解工匠精神,并为自己的职业规划提供精神指导。

Craftsman spirit is the embodiment of high-level spirit in professional accomplishment and the highest pursuit of professional ethics,ability and quality.As a professional educational institution to train professional people,it is very important for vocational colleges to integrate the connotation of craftsman spirit into the construction of class culture.This paper briefly outlines the connotation of craftsmanship spirit in Vocational colleges,and focuses on the analysis of the necessity and main strategies of integrating craftsmanship spirit into the cultural construction of Vocational classes,aiming to help students in vocational schools understand craftsmanship spirit more deeply and provide spiritual guidance for their career planning.
