大学新生学习生活的“转变”与“不变”

The "Transformation" and "Invariable" of University Freshmen’s Learning Life

为更好地做好大学生入学教育工作,本文从两个具有不同特点的方面论述入学教育应该抓住的重点问题:一是从中学到大学的学习方式的转变,它需要尽快转变;二是道德情操的修养,它需要长期坚持。前者包括:认识到大学本科在人生中的重要性;处理好专业与知识拓展的关系;学习与思考的关系;培养创新意识;变被动学习为主动学习。后者包括:继续刻苦学习;明确读书目的;培养博爱精神;积极进取的品格。这样清晰的入学教育思路,可以让大学新生既尽快适应大学学习,又持之以恒地加强品德修养,达到教育大学生成才的目的。

For the purpose of giving university freshmen a good education as soon as they get into universities,this paper try to focus on the key point of entrance education from two aspects of different characteristics:One is changing the way of learning frommiddle school to university,which needs to change as soon as possible;Second,the cultivation of moral sentiment,it needs long-term persistence.The former includes:the recognition of the importance of university undergraduate in the whole life of the students;To deal with the relationship between professional and knowledge development;The relationship between learning and thinking;To cultivate innovative consciousness;Change passive learning to active learning.The latter includes:Continue to study hard;To clear up the reading purpose;To cultivate the spirit of fraternity;To cultivate positive and aggressive character.Such a clear idea of entrance education could enable freshmen to adapt to the university as soon as possible and strengthen their moral cultivation.Achieve the goal of educating the college students.
