通过梳理新时期研究生群体的特征,分析研究生班主任的思想政治教育作用,从四个方面提出了新时期研究生班主任思想政治教育的践行路径,这对于新时期高校全面落实立德树人根本任务,提升研究生培养质量具有极其重要的现实意义。

Through sorting out the characteristics of the postgraduate group in the new period,analyzing the ideological and political education function of the postgraduate class adviser,this paper puts forward the practice path of the ideological and political education of the postgraduate class adviser in the new period from four aspects,which is of great importance to the full implementation of the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people and the improvement of the quality of postgraduate training in the new period.
