基于生源结构现状分析的高职化工类专业人才培养方案构建

Construction of Talents Training Scheme for Chemical Engineering Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Characteristics of Diversified Students

依据对常州工业职业技术学院近几年化工类专业生源状况的调查分析,结果表明高职化工类专业生源结构具有明显的多样性,普通高招、单独招生和对口单招这三种形式是我校高职化工类专业(精细化工技术、药品生产技术)招生的主体形式。为提高人才培养质量,基于生源结构多元化的背景,考虑到服务经济社会发展和促进学生的全面发展,重新构建了与学生生源结构相适应的高职化工类专业人才培养方案。

According to the investigation and analysis of the students'source of Chemical Engineering Specialty in Changzhou Institute of Industry Technology in recent years,the results show that the students structure of higher vocational students has significant diversity.The three forms of enrollment are counterpart single enrollment,individual enrollment and ordinary high enrollment..In order to improve the quality of personnel training,based on the background of diversified student source structure,considering the service of economic and social development and the promotion of students'all-round development,a new talent training program for chemical engineering specialty in higher vocational colleges is constructed.
