雨课堂在感染科见习教学中的应用及评价

The Application of "Rain Classroom" During Teaching in Department of Infectious Disease

目的:探讨雨课堂在感染科见习教学中的应用。方法:选取2018年9月—2018年12月在我院感染科见习的80名见习医师作为研究对象,随机分为两组,一组采用传统的见习教学(对照组,n=40),另一组采用雨课堂教学(实验组,n=40),在见习教学结束后进行总结并填写问卷调查表,通过问卷调查对教学效果进行评估。结果80名见习医师中,实验组见习医师自主学习的能力、解决问题的能力、临床思维能力、专业知识的理解能力、理论联系实际能力均高于对照组;两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雨课堂应用于感染科见习教学中,能培养见习医师分析处理问题的能力,激发见习医师的学习能动性,提高见习教学的效果,值得在今后的教学工作中推广。

Objective:To explore the application of"rainclassroom"in teaching of department of infectious disease.Methods:80 physicians who received internshiptraining in department of infectious diseasefrom September 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects of study.They were randomly divided into two groups:the traditional teaching group(control group,n=40)and the rain classroom teaching group(experimental group,n=40).A self-designed questionnaire on learning ability was used to assess the learning ability of two groups after class.Results:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 80 physicians after their class.The experimental group was superior than the control group in terms of self-learning ability,problem solution ability,clinical thinking ability,professional knowledge understanding ability and theory-practice ability.The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rain classroomis applied to internshiptraining in department of infectious disease.It can cultivate the ability to analyze and deal with problems,stimulate the learning motivation,and thus improve the effect of teaching.It is worth promoting in the future teaching work.
