摘要
民办高校作为我国高等教育组成中的重要一部分,民办高校教师与公办高校教师之间具有显著的差异特征。作为教师职业,民办高校的积极性和成果质量直接关系到其职业倦怠的维度和程度,因此对民办高等学校教师职业倦怠的研究应予以关注。本文通过专家访谈、精确问卷等,再利用粗糙集理论对民办高校科研倦怠指标进行约简得到民办高校教师职业倦怠核指标,并提出相应的干预对策。
Non-government university has become an important part of the large number of non-government university teachers is different from public universities,teachers,the salient features.Non-government university and universities teaching profession's enthusiasm and quality of results is directly related to its dimension and degree of burnout,so the non-government university and universities burnout research should be concerned about.Through expert interviews,questionnaires and other precision,re-use of rough set theory and non-government university and universities for research fatigue reduction targets to be indicators of burnout non-government university,and propose appropriate intervention measures.
