On the Optimization of Talent Training Structure in Weifang Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of the Transformation of New and Old Kinetic Energy

新旧动能转换背景下,高职业院校应采取与新旧动能转换产业转型升级相契合的人才培养策略。本文以潍坊市为例,在分析新旧动能转换背景下潍坊高职院校人才培养存在问题基础上,提出了优化人才培养结构的策略。

Under the background of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy,higher vocational colleges should adopt the talent training strategy which is in line with the transformation and upgrading of new and old kinetic energy conversion industry.Taking weifang city as an example,this paper puts forward the strategy of optimizing the talent training structure based on the analysis of the existing problems in weifang higher vocational colleges under the background of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy.
