摘要
《设施规划与物流分析》是物流工程和工业工程专业非常重要的一门专业基础课程,主要用于工厂设计、物流园区设计、搬运系统设计、物流网络设计、仓储中心设计等,实践性很强。但是目前这门课程的教学基本还是采用课堂上教师讲授、课后学生做作业的传统方式,另外附加一项十年不变的课程设计,学生普遍反映:学完课程还是不能够进行设计工作,理论和现实脱节严重。鉴于这种现象,笔者结合长期从事《设施规划与物流分析》课程教学的经验,分析了《设施规划与物流分析》课程的特点,设计了一套操作沙盘,并应用到实际的教学工作中,取得了良好的教学效果。
"Layout Planning and Logistics Analysis"is a very important professional basic course for logistics engineering and industrial engineering major.It is mainly used for factory design,logistics park design,transport system design,logistics network design,warehousing center design and so on.However,at present,the teaching of this course is basically in traditional way that teachers teach in class and students do homework after class.In addition,there is also a ten-year invariable course design.Most students reflect that:after learning the course,we are still unable to carry out design work,and there is a serious gap between theory and reality.In view of this phenomenon,based on the long-term teaching experience of the course"layout planning and logistics analysis",the characteristics of the course"layout planning and logistics analysis"were analyzed,and a set of operating sandbox was designed,which was applied to the practical teaching work,and good teaching results were obtained.
