摘要
巴彦淖尔紫金有色金属有限公司在硫酸锌溶液湿法炼锌过程中,选用MnO_2做氧化剂除去硫酸锌浸出液中Fe,此操作易造成系统中的Mn^(2+)离子含量高,从而导致清槽工作量增大、阳极板易受损、阴极锌含铅高等问题。针对此问题,公司采用过硫酸铵去除锌冶炼系统中的Mn^(2+)离子。在反应温度90℃,pH=5.2~5.4,过硫酸铵加入量120%,反应3 h的条件下,后液含锰可达0.45 g/L,除锰率达95%以上。
During the process of zinc hydrometallurgy in zinc sulfate solution,Bayannuer Zijin Nonferrous Metals Co.Ltd.,MnO2 was used as an oxidant to oxidize Fe^2+into Fe^3+,and the jarosite method was carried out to remove the iron.The above operation was easy to cause high Mn^2+ion in the system,which leads to an increase in the work of the cleaning tank,the anode plate easily damaged,and the cathode zinc with a high lead content.In response to this problem,the company use ammonium persulfate to remove Mn^2+ions from the zinc smelting system.Under the conditions of reaction temperature 90℃,pH=5.2-5.4,ammonium persulfate addition 120%,and reaction for 3h,the manganese content in the post-liquid can reach 0.45g/L,and the manganese removal rate is over 95%.
