西安军民融合深度发展的路径思考

Consideration on the Way of Deep Development of Civil-military Integration in Xi'an

军民融合深度发展是党中央统筹推进经济建设和国防建设做出的重大战略,党的十九大报告进一步强化了这一战略。西安是一座因军民融合而获得发展的城市,极具军民深度融合特色,未来将会成为辐射和带动全国军民融合的主阵地。虽然当下西安军民深度融合发展存在诸多突出矛盾和问题,但只要结合西安实际,在"统"字上下功夫,在"融"字上做文章,在"新"字上求突破,在"深"字上见实效,聚共识、深融合、高效率、强发展,军民融合就会成为西安发展的最大特色和优势,从而实现追赶超越的发展目标要求。

The deep development of civil-military integration is an important strategy made by the CPC Central Committee to pro-mote economic construction and national defense construction as a whole. The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC further strengthens this strategy. Xi’an is a city developed by civil-military integration. It has the characteristics of deep civil-military integration. In the future, Xi’an will become the main position of radiating and driving the national civil-military integration. Although there are many prominent contradictions and problems in the development of Xi ’an’s deep integration of military and civilian affairs, as long as we combine Xi’an’s reality, work hard on the word "unification", and on the word "melting", seek a breakthrough in the word"new", see actual results in the word "depth", gather common understanding, deep integration, high efficiency and strong development,the integration of military and civilian affairs will become the greatest characteristics and advantages of Xi ’an’s development, thus realizing catching up with and surpassing the development goals and requirements.
