按照人的活动是合目的性与合规律性相统一的原则,分析了高校人事档案工作者在实践活动中出现的职业肯定与认同、怀疑与消解、肯定与建构这样一个螺旋式上升的发展逻辑及成因,提出对策,为进一步推动高校人事档案工作的健康有序发展提供参考。

According to the principle that human activities are consistent with purpose and regularity,this paper analyzes on the professional affirmation and recognition,suspicion and resolution of personnel archivists in colleges and universities in their practical activities.This paper affirms and constructs the development logic and causes of such a spiral rise and puts forward some countermeasures to provide reference for further promoting the healthy and orderly development of personnel archives in colleges and universities.
