为了提高地方高校研究生的科研能力,基于研究生的科研创新项目,改进选题、指导、结题等环节,形成了“三加强、三培养”的课题指导模式:加强选题指导,培养创新意识;加强过程指导,培养创新思维;加强结题指导,培养创新能力。为了提高地方高校研究生的实践能力,通过打造校企合作平台、引进企业技术骨干、参与企业工程项目,形成了校企联合培养模式:建立企业研究生工作站,打造工程人才培养新平台;引进高水平企业技术骨干,指导硕士研究生创新实践;结合实际工程项目,提高硕士研究生的实践能力。
