稳定同位素质谱仪与《环境同位素》课程教学探讨

摘要 现阶段,稳定同位素质谱仪在环境地球科学领域应用十分广泛。根据同位素比值的变化特征可以揭示生物圈物质循环过程的机理,并有助于学生加深对表生环境中污染物迁移转化过程机制的认识。将同位素质谱分析原理与技术融入稳定同位素地球化学教学课程当中,能够使学生接触先进的科研仪器,更加深刻掌握同位素地球化学的相关理论与测试技能,从而开阔学生的学术视野,并培养学生的科研兴趣和动手能力。在给环境地学类专业的学生讲授本学科核心课程———《环境同位素》的过程中,首先应对授课内容进行较大规模的更新,结合近年来相关领域同位素分析的高水平研究成果,全面反映同位素在环境地学研究领域的研究进展。以解决科学问题为导向,通过导入研究案例,开展实践教学活动是将同位素质谱仪引入环境同位素教学的良好切入点。结合多种形式的教学方式改革探索,培养学生独立思考和解决问题的能力,尽快融入具体的科研工作当中。 At present,isotope mass spectrometer is widely used.According to the variation of isotope ratios,it can reveal the mechanism of biosphere material circulation and help to understand how pollutants are migrating and transforming in the epigenetic environment,so as to effectively reduce the negative impact of environmental pollutants on human health,biological population and ecosystem.To integrating the principle of isotopic mass spectrometry analysis into the teaching course of stable isotope geochemistry at the graduate stage,it would help students to understand advanced scientific research instruments,and be beneficial for comprehending the knowledge of isotope geochemistry,so as to broaden the academic horizon of graduate students and cultivate their interest in scientific research and practical ability.The teaching content should be updated on a large scale in the process of teaching stable isotope geochemistry to environmental geosciences graduate students.It is necessary to comprehensively reflect the application of isotopes in the field of environmental geoscience in combination with the high-level papers on isotope analysis in related fields in recent years.Through the reform and exploration of various teaching methods,the teaching quality of graduate students is improved fundamentally,and the interest and enthusiasmof graduate students in scientific research is cultivated.
