就业导向下的中职语文口语交际教学研究

A Study on Oral Chinese Communication Teaching in Secondary Vocational Schools under Employment Guidance

中职学校教育的基本目标就是以就业为导向来培养学生的综合素质。21世纪的社会人才济济,要想让中职生在以后的就业中占据优势,首先以就业为导向来培养他们的口语交际能力,掌握与人交流的技巧,这是学生就业的敲门砖,可为他们今后的工作打下坚实的基础,同时能让他们适应这个就业压力巨大的新时代。本文试着探讨就业导向下的中职语文口语交际教学研究,仅供中职语文口语交际教学研究参考。

The basic goal of secondary vocational school education is to cultivate students'comprehensive quality by taking employment as the guidance.In order to make secondary vocational school students occupy the advantage in the future employment,the society in the 21st century is full of talented people.The first is to develop their oral communication skills based on employment,and to master the skills of communicating with others.This is the key to the employment of students and can lay a solid foundation for their future work.At the same time,they also adapt to the pressure of employment in this new era.This paper tries to discuss the teaching research of oral Chinese communication in secondary vocational school under the guidance of employment,which can only serve as a reference for the research of oral communication teaching of secondary vocational school Chinese.
