艺术类院校创新创业教育路径探究

改革开放以来,我国的经济与就业情况发生了翻天覆地的变化,其中就业最大的变化就是从计划经济的包分配变成了现如今的自由就业。同时我国的高等教育也越来越普及,更多的人可以上大学,甚至可以根据自己的兴趣爱好和理想选择向往的专业。但是对学生来说,这既是机遇又是挑战,一方面,更多人可以选择到理想专业;另一方面则是更多的毕业生意味着更激烈的就业竞争。这在艺术院校中形势更为严峻,其专业属性与传统行业相比较为特殊性。艺术院校在艺术类毕业生就业方面缺乏经验,对艺术类学生创新创业教育开展时间较短,在经验和资源方面尤为欠缺。本文重点对艺术类学生的创新创业教育的现状和存在的问题进行了透彻的分析,并以此为基础,提出了行而有效的解决方法。

With China's reform and opening-up,the economic and employment situation in our country,great changes have taken place in the biggest changes is that from the planned economy package distribution into today's free employment.At the same time our country's higher education is becoming more and more popular,more and more people can go to university,can even according to own hobby and ideal choice for professional.But for students,this is both an opportunity and challenge,on the one hand,more people can choose the ideal professional;on the other hand is more means more competition in the employment of graduates.This situation is more serious in the art academy,the professional attributes more than traditional industry particularity,the lack of experience in the arts graduate employment, for the arts students' innovative entrepreneurial education in shorter time,in particularly lacking in experience and resources.This paper focus on the arts students' innovative undertaking education present situation and the existence question has carried on the thorough analysis,and on this basis,line and effective solution is proposed.
