针对高校人才培养与企业人才需求不匹配的问题,从专业实习入手,提出校企联合实习模式的解决方案。阐述了校企联合实习模式的优势及存在的问题。在具体实施方案、质量评价及校企双赢方面进行了探索。

Aiming that talents training of colleges and universities is not matching with the requirements of enterprises,a solution of practice mode based on the coalition of college and enterprise is presented,which starts from the professional practice. The advantages and the existing problems of current practice mode are stated.The special scheme, quality evaluation and the win-win realization of colleges with enterprises for the proposed practice mode are explored.
