Career planning is especially important for personal development.Career planning in early childhood is mainly pre-career planning,with the purpose of preparing for future career development.The way to help children's career planning is the career experience,which is a kind of experience that children have direct contact with career content.It mainly includes three aspects,namely life experience,lived experience and occupation experience.The main contents of the three aspects complement each other,jointly promoting the physical and mental development of young children,and pointing out the direction and planning route for the future life of young children.
