大学生专业承诺与学习自我效能感的调查研究 被引量:7

摘要 本研究以民族大学生为研究对象,采用问卷调查法探讨少数民族大学生专业承诺的现状,与汉族大学生专业承诺进行比较,了解大学生专业承诺与学习自我效能感的关系。结果表明:少数民族大学生与汉族大学生在专业承诺总分上存在显著差异,且少数民族大学生显著低于汉族大学生;少数民族大学生与汉族大学生情感承诺、规范承诺、持续承诺、经济承诺与专业承诺总分之间不存在显著性别差异;少数民族大学生与汉族大学生在学习行为自我效能感上存在显著差异,且少数民族大学生显著高于汉族大学生。 This study takes ethnic college students as the research object,and uses the questionnaire survey method to explore the status quo of minority college students' professional commitments.It compares with the professional commitment of Han nationality college students and understands the relationship between college students' professional commitment and learning self-efficacy.The results show that:There are significant differences in the total professional commitment between minority college students and Han nationality college students,and minority college students are significantly lower than Han nationality college students;minority college students and Han nationality college students' emotional commitment,normative commitment,sustained commitment,economic commitment and professionalism There is no significant gender difference between the total scores of commitments;there are significant differences in the self-efficacy of learning behavior between minority college students and Han nationality college students,and minority college students are significantly higher than Han nationality college students.
