新形势下高校农科类学生培养模式探索——基于产学研合作视角 被引量:8

摘要 人才培养是教学过程和教学管理的最终目标。加强高等教育产学研合作对于促进学生创新与实践能力提高和人才培养质量提升均具有重要意义。农科类专业是一门理论与实践性都很强的学科。本文阐明了产学研合作与农科类专业学生培养的关系,分析了当前农科类专业学生培养中存在的问题,并提出了可行的解决途径,为产学研合作视角下的农科类专业学生培养提供了参考,以提高农科类专业学生的培养质量。 Talent cultivation is the ultimate objectives of teaching process and teaching management.Strengthening the cooperation on production,learning and research in higher education is of great significance to promote the improvement of students' innovation and practical ability,and the quality of talent training.Agricultural majors,as a subject,have the vital character on theory and practice aspects.In this paper,we have illustrated the relationship between production,learning and research cooperation and the cultivation of agricultural college majors' students,and analyzed the problems in the cultivation of agricultural college majors' students.Furthermore,we have also proposed the feasible solutions for these problems,so as to provide reference for the cultivation of agricultural college majors' students from the perspective of production,learning and research cooperation,and improve the cultivation quality.
