心内科规范化培训教学中融入情景模拟结合案例教学法的探讨 被引量:5

摘要 心血管内科疾病病情多变且突发急症多,使规范化培训带教困难,学员思维培养和技能掌握效果较差,因此传统的授课方法难以适应临床教学要求。本课题拟结合心内科疾病的特点,探讨情景模拟结合案例教学法的教学方式在心内科规培中的优越性及可行性。情景模拟结合案例教学能通过分析典型病例,深入理解疾病机制,在讨论中发散学习,形成立体的诊疗思维,并利用情景模拟训练临床技能,适应环境压力,适合心内科住院医师规范化培训。 The characteristics of variable conditions and unexpected emergency events have contributed to difficulty in cardiovascular diseases learning and traditional teaching method is hard to meet the standards in resident standardization training.This study aim to explore the advantages and feasibility of case-based leaching combined with situational simulation in cardiology clinical training for medical residents.This simulations and case-based learning method could contribute to large efficiency in terms of knowledge acquisition and retention,superior understanding of cardiology and tolerance for circumstance stress.
