摘要
本文以高职院校“有效课堂”教学开展为前提,针对目前多样化的教学形式和多种的生源类型,从教师主体出发,探讨施教者如何在信息化飞速发展的社会背景下,就教师从知识传授者向学习、发展促进者等“多重性、多元化”的角色维度转变进行研究,以期教师在个人素质的提升和教育教学水平提高等方面达到共赢。
Taking the teaching of "effective classroom" in higher vocational colleges as the premise,aiming at the diversified teaching forms and various types of students,this paper discusses how the teachers,under the social background of the rapid development of informationization,can transfer from knowledge imparting to learning and development promoter of multiplicity and diversify.The change of role dimension is studied in order to achieve win-win situation of teachers in the aspects of the improvement of personal quality and the improvement of education and teaching level.
