摘要
工业4.0与智能制造背景下,制造企业需要遵循数字化转型的一般规律。利用基础IE完成管理累积,以精益化管理模式提升企业的生产率;以增效提质为本,实现产业级价值链的闭环;有效运用各类智能制造技术和信息系统实现生态运营。IE专业课程系统设计要回应区域产业升级需求,IE专业应鼓励学生养成更新智能技术知识的习惯,IE专业应激励学生尝试管理模式创新(IE+IT)。
Under the background of industry 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing,manufacturing enterprises need to follow the general rules of digital transformation.Use basic IE to complete management accumulation,improve enterprise productivity with lean management mode;to increase efficiency and improve quality,to realize the closed loop of industrial value chain;Effective use of various intelligent manufacturing technology and information systems to achieve ecological operations.The course system design of IE major should respond to the needs of regional industrial upgrading, IE major should encourage students to develop the habit of updating intelligent technical knowledge,IE major should encourage students to try to innovate management mode (IE+IT).
