增强贫困群众的主体地位和“获得感”,立足于贫困群众是精准扶贫工作受益者的角色。影响贫困群众“获得感”有四方面因素,基本物质保障和社会保是前提,精神文化也是影响贫困群众“获得感”的重要因素,同时基层单位的精准扶贫工作以及群众间的关系都会直接或间接地影响贫困群众“获得感”。增强贫困群众获得感,需要党和政府领导下,基层单位和基层工作人员工作的协调统一,社会资源的倾斜分配和良好氛围的营造以及贫困群众的内生动力的激发。探究增强贫困群众“获得感”的方法,对于精准脱贫工作高质量完成具有借鉴意义。
