疫苗事件引发的关于基层医务人员舆情应对和风险沟通能力的思考

Thinking of the ability of primary healthcare workers to deal with public opinion and risk communication during vaccination events

近年来,涉及疫苗安全的突发事件之网络舆情热点层出不穷。舆情涉及地域广,内容也十分丰富。一直被冠以“健康守门人”称号的基层医务人员,在履行疫苗接种、不良反应监测和随访、传染病防治以及健康宣教工作义务的同时,往往处在矛盾的风口浪尖,稍有不慎就有可能被卷入舆情的漩涡。因此,提高应对网络舆情和风险沟通能力对基层医务人员来说尤为必要。

In recent years,the online public opinions related with Vaccine safety are emerging in an endless stream.The opinions have a broad geographical distribution and the content is very abundant.Primary healthcare workers taking the responsibility of vaccination,adverse drug reaction monitoring,infectious-disease control and health-promoting,are so called "health gatekeeper", however,they are on the front line and they may easily get involved in the whirlpool of public opinions.Hence,it is necessary to promote the ability of primary healthcare workers to deal with public opinion and risk communication.
