官地矿23511工作面复合顶板巷道围岩稳定性控制技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 为有效控制官地矿23511工作面副巷的变形,通过分析复合顶板巷道变形失稳机理,提出了23511工作面复合顶板巷道围岩支护方案,并对巷道围岩位移量和锚杆索轴力进行持续监测。结果表明:巷道在观测期间的顶板围岩1m处最大变形量小于70mm,且顶板围岩受影响范围在5 m以内,深部围岩并未扰动;顶部锚杆最大轴力稳定在105kN,帮锚杆最大轴力稳定在84kN,顶角锚杆最大轴力稳定在61kN,各锚杆轴力都有很大承载空间,安全系数高。23511工作面副巷在现有支护方式下围岩变形量合理,满足巷道的使用要求。 In order to effectively control the reasonable deformation of the auxiliary roadway of the 23311 working face of Guandi Mine, the deformation instability mechanism of the composite roof roadway was analyzed, the surrounding rock support scheme of the 2311 working face composite roof roadway was proposed, and the displacement and anchor of the surrounding rock of the roadway were proposed. The cable axial force was continuously monitored. The results showed that the maximum deformation of the surrounding rock at the 1 m surrounding rock during the observation period was less than70 mm, and the surrounding rock of the roof was affected within 5 m, and the surrounding rock was not disturbed. The maximum axial force of the top anchor was stable at 105 k N. The maximum axial force of the anchor bolt was stable at 84 kN, and the maximum axial force of the top angle anchor was stable at 61 k N. The axial force of each anchor with a large bearing space and a high safety factor, in the auxiliary roadway of 23511 working face, the surrounding rock deformation was reasonable under the existing support mode, which met the requirements of the roadway.
