摘要
针对MXG-500/4.5m型采煤机在大倾角、大俯采工况下运行出现的问题,以东庞矿2608工作面为例,分析出现问题的原因,提出解决办法,并对部分零部件进行改进。实践表明,通过技术改进,提高了该采煤机在此工况下运行的可靠性及适应性。
In viewof the problems in the operation of MXG-500/4.5 m shearer under large dip angle mining conditions, the 2608 working face of Dongpang Mine was taken as an example, the causes of the problems were analyzed and solutions were proposed. Practice showed the reliability and adaptability of the shearer under this working condition were improved.
