己二酸绿色合成催化剂的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 己二酸是脂肪族二元酸中最有应用价值的二元酸,因传统的己二酸生产工艺需要用到硝酸氧化,对环境造成了严重污染,故近年来己二酸的绿色合成工艺已成为研究热点,其中,H2O2氧化环己烯制备己二酸符合绿色发展的理念。针对国内外己二酸绿色合成工艺的研究,对环己烯合成己二酸催化剂钨酸、钨酸盐和杂多酸盐的研究现状进行了综述;根据己二酸现有绿色合成催化剂存在的问题,提出了己二酸合成工艺催化剂的发展趋势。 Adipic acid is the most valuable dibasic acid in the aliphatic dibasic acids. Nitric acid was used as oxidant in traditional adipic acid production,which cawed serious pollution to the environment,so in recent years, more attention has been paid on the green synthesis process of adipic acid. The preparation of adipic acid from cyclohexene oxidation by H2 O2 is in line with the concept of green development. Based on the research of green synthesis of adipic acid, the catalysts such as tungstic acid, tungstate and heteropoly acid for adipic acid production were reviewed at home and abroad. According to the existing problems of the catalysts for synthesis of adipic acid, the development trend of catalysts for adipic acid synthesis is prospected.
