城市边缘区社区生活服务设施供给问题及规划建议

Supply of Community Facilities in Urban Fringe Areas and Its Planning Suggestions

城市边缘区社区生活服务设施的供给,在规划建设时依据居住区生活服务设施分级标准进行配建,并未将当地居民实际需求纳入考虑,致使其设施供给与社区居民需求错位。文中通过对河南省新乡市边缘区杨岗社区的实地调研,以满足居民需求为出发点,对城市边缘区社区生活服务设施供给模式进行反思,对其设施供给中存在的问题提出了规划建议。

The supply of community facility in urban fringe areas is distributed and constructed according to the grading standard of community facilities in residential areas during the phase of planning and construction. The demands of local residents’ are not taken into account, resulting in the mismatch of facility supply and residential demands. Based on the investigation of Yanggang community in the fringe area of Xinxiang, Henan Province, from the aspect of meeting the demand of the residents, this paper reflects the supply mode of community facility in urban fringe areas, and proposes planning suggestions for the problems in the supply of facilities.
