美国自行车总体规划的借鉴——以明尼阿波利斯为例

Reference to the Bicycle Master Plan in American Cities——A Case of Minneapolis

综合完善、科学合理的自行车总体规划可以为城市的自行车交通发展起到良好的支撑和引导作用,美国在自行车总体规划的编制和实施方面有着非常丰富的经验。本文以美国明尼阿波利斯市的自行车总体规划为例,在详细介绍其主要内容的基础上总结了四个重要特征,并阐述了对我国自行车相关规划的启示。

A comprehensive, scientific and rational bicycle master plan is very important, which can play a good role in supporting and guiding the development of bicycle transportation in the city. The United States has rich experience in the preparation and implementation of bicycle master plans. This article takes Minneapolis as an example, introduced the main contents of its bicycle master plan in detail, summarizes four important features, and then proposes some references for bicycle-related planning in China.
