摘要
我国班额建设的长期滞后损害了教育公平,同时也制约着城镇的健康发展。通过对相关文献和数据的梳理和分析,发现班额失衡是城乡之间以及城市内部空间配置的结构性失衡,且以班额为基本单元的基础教育空间组织路径在国内并未引起足够的重视。文章从班额优化的视角结合空间价值路径、空间分配路径、空间品质路径构建基础教育设施的多目标路径体系,以期为基础教育设施空间优化提供路径框架,从工具理性到价值理性、从空间回归到人本回归,推动基础教育设施的空间转型和路径提升。
The long-term lag of class size construction in our country has impaired educational equity and restricted the healthy development of cities. By sorting out and analyzing the related literature and data, we can found that the imbalance of the class size is the structural spatial allocation imbalance between the urban and rural areas. In our country, the spatial organization path of primary education based on class size has not been paid sufficient attention. From the perspective of class size optimization, this paper constructs a multiobjective path system of primary education facilities by combining spatial value path, spatial allocation path and spatial quality path. This paper aims at providing a path framework for the optimization of primary educational facilities from the instrumental rationality to value rationality and from space regression to human regression, eventually promoting the spatial transformation and path upgrading of primary educational facilities.
